Let Glee Go

Previously on Glee...

May 13, 2014 marks the date of the last episode of Glee's fifth season. It ended by the college cast finally figuring out what they really wanted to do with the rest of their studies-slash-career(or simply, their lives). With Rachel Berry getting a call from the network saying that she they are now ready to film the pilot episode of her show, Sam Evans going back to McKinley High reminiscing the moments they shared in the choir room-turned-computer lab, Mercedes Jones and Brittany Pierce leaving together for their tour, Artie Abrams being busy in film school, and Blaine Anderson going back to the apartment with Rachel and Kurt Hummel. The scene was accompanied by the song Pompeii by Bastille, which is also the last song we have heard from Glee.

Who's That Girl In A Lavender Dress?

Previously on New Girl...

Since the pilot episode until the episode 5 of season 4, New Girl's iconic and catchy opening credits can still be seen. After having a short break, avid fans and viewers were shocked (and devastated, honestly) when Jess surprised us by not wearing the distinguishable red dress she have always been wearing in most opening credits.

TV Shows Are Forever

Television shows have always been around even before the generation x was born. Surely, there are hundreds of TV series genres made for different personalities and age range of viewers. Most series are originally made as TV series while a fraction of it was a movie first before being made as a TV series. Nevertheless, they still get high ratings because people, especially the youth, spend their spare time binge-watching their favorite TV series after loooong hours of doing paper works and school assignments. Of course, getting high ratings is not only because of the number of viewers but also because of the amazing ideas of their writers. What else could you think of a reason on why there are TV series that last longer than expected?

Here are some examples of the (iconic) TV series (mix of cartoon and real people) that had the viewers ask for more and there is nothing else the writers and producers could do but give us more seasons:

About the blog

Hey everyone!

As part of the requirement in our Marketing 105 course, we should create a blog of our interest. Since I have always been interested in watching international TV shows, this blog is dedicated to those! You will find here weekly updates about upcoming TV shows, new seasons, and sadly, those which will be discontinued. Also, join me in decoding some of the producers' tweets about their TV shows!

So turn the TV on now and let us binge-watch together!
